Massage generously on a clean face as often as required, especially after a shower.
For best results, to absorb the full benefits of your oil and for additional nourishment, complete over with the appropriate smoothie balm

Skin application
Massage or local application.
Follow the routine of Tamara Dutta.

Morning and evening, massage generously onto the face, neck and décolleté avoiding the eye area, using the palms of the hands. Moving in a circular motion, start on the cheeks, move up towards and across the forehead and then back again, ending at the neck. Remove excess with a soft towel or lukewarm moistened compress. Do not rub.

Blot off any excess.

For the Body :
Massage generously onto your entire body or the areas to be treated. Towel dry to remove any excess or follow by a lukewarm shower.
In case of intolerance, discontinue use.

For Hair :
For a lighter effect
Apply several drops on the hair before shampooing.

For optimal efficacy and for full treatment of hair
Apply generously along the length of the hair. Wrap in a towel and leave on for at least one hour. Blot off any excess and rinse well with lukewarm water before washing hair thoroughly twice.

For a more in-depth treatment
For optimal results and for a full hair treatment, massage
Scalp Oil onto the scalp and Precious Almond Oil along the length of the hair.
