Green Tea Powder Face Treatment
Mix 1 teaspoonful together with Green Tea Powder.
The Tamara Dutta Massage
Face
Preheat 1 tablespoon to the correct temperature.
On a clean face, massage generously onto the face, neck and décolleté avoiding the eye area.
For best results, for additional nourishment, complete with the appropriate Smoothie Balm after Facial Oil.
Given their richness, any surplus should be removed from the skin.
Remove excess with a lukewarm moistened compress or towel dry.
Body
Preheated Oil, 1-3 tablespoon to the correct temperature.
Massage generously onto the body or the areas to be treated. Towel dry to remove excess or follow by a lukewarm shower.
Hair
Preheated Almond Oil 1-2 tablespoon to the correct temperature.
Spread throughout the whole of the hair, which is then wrapped in a hot towel for at least one hour.
